Watch Workout Pro Privacy Policy

Updated October 14, 2026

This policy describes Watch Workout Pro, its workout-sharing service, and its optional AI connector, operated by Sean Wade. Watch Workout Pro is a separate product, Powered by Puls. The relationship does not give it access to a PulsHealth account or health database, or share your permissions between the products.

Workouts on your device#

Your personal workout library, preferences, dated schedule, and workout-creation, AI-creation, and scheduling allowance counts are stored locally on your iPhone. Manual creation does not require an account. When you authorize scheduling, selected workout prescriptions and dates are passed to Apple through WorkoutKit for use in Apple Workout on your paired Watch. Watch Workout Pro does not record your exercise sessions.

Apple Intelligence and source files#

Workout creation with Apple Intelligence uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models. Descriptions, photos, camera images, and selected files are processed on your device; the app does not upload those sources to a cloud model. Review the generated workout before saving or sharing it.

Optional iCloud collections#

Collections start on your device. When you choose to share a collection through iCloud, its name and the workout snapshots you selected, including workout names, steps, goals, and notes, are uploaded to Apple's CloudKit service. Your personal library is not automatically uploaded.

Invited members can view or edit collection workouts according to the permissions granted through Apple's sharing controls. Apple manages the iCloud account and invitations. Collection copies are separate from the original personal workouts. Owners can manage invitations or stop sharing; deleting an owned iCloud collection removes its cloud collection. Removing a collection you joined leaves that shared collection. Members may retain copies they already saved or exported.

Optional AI connector#

The ChatGPT and Claude connector currently requires private enrollment and setup. It is not a publicly available benefit promised by the Pro subscription.

If you connect an assistant, the connector server stores a connector account identifier, workouts submitted through the connector, scheduled dates, queued commands, and delivery receipts. Connection secrets are stored in the iPhone Keychain; server credentials are stored as digests. The server operator can access stored workout data. Your selected AI provider processes the requests you give it under its own privacy policy. Local-only workouts are not automatically uploaded to the connector.

Use Disconnect all assistants in connection settings to revoke connector access and delete its server account data. This requires a working server connection and keeps workouts already saved on your iPhone. Server database backups are retained for up to 30 days, so deleted connector data may remain in backups during that period.

When you create a workout link, the workout's name, activity, steps, goals, and notes are uploaded to the sharing service. Anyone with the link can read and download that workout. Public links are separate from invited iCloud collections and are not private storage.

Shared snapshots are separate from connector accounts and are not deleted by disconnecting an assistant or deleting the local workout. Contact support to request removal of a shared link. Avoid including personal information in notes you share. Workouts exported through the iPhone share sheet go to the people or services you choose; those recipients may keep their own copies.

Purchases#

Apple processes Pro subscription payments. We do not receive your card or bank account details. The app checks StoreKit purchase information, such as product identifier, transaction status, and subscription expiration, to enable Pro features. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account.

App and website infrastructure#

The app includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDK. We do not sell workout data or use it for advertising.

The connector and public workout-sharing service run on hosted infrastructure behind Cloudflare. Requests include network information such as IP addresses and request paths, which infrastructure providers may process for delivery, security, troubleshooting, and rate limiting.

These support and privacy pages are hosted on the public PulsHealth website. That website uses cookie-free, self-hosted Umami analytics for page paths, referrer domains, coarse browser/device information, anonymous visit estimates, fixed action counts, and browser performance. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics database; they are used transiently to derive anonymous identifiers that rotate daily. Collection respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control and excludes query strings, fragments, referrer paths, page titles, form contents, and user identifiers. Website analytics are separate from the app and do not receive your workouts. See the PulsHealth website policy for the site's full data practices.

Your choices and contact#

You can edit, export, and delete local workouts, manage iCloud collection invitations, revoke Apple scheduling access in system settings, and disconnect assistants. For privacy questions or shared-link removal, email support@pulshealth.com with “Watch Workout Pro” in the subject. Include only the information needed to identify your request; do not send connection keys or private health records.
