Apple Walking Steadiness Event records notifications generated when a user's Walking Steadiness score drops to "Low" or "Very Low" categories, indicating increased fall risk. This feature, introduced in iOS 15, represents Apple's first proactive fall risk assessment tool, complementing the reactive Fall Detection feature.
